Crocs Homepage Update

Just a quick note that I finally got the chance to update the main Crocs site (crocs.com) with some jQuery magic (specifically the Coda Slider plug-in with a little customization on my part, specifically an autoplay function) and a sleeker, more modern look and feel. I don’t like the Coda Slider plug-in as much as I like Prototype’s Glider.js (like I did on CrocsRx), but I didn’t want to use Prototype. I can’t take full credit for the new look though, marketing has created a new image for Crocs for 2008, I just took what they had and made it into an update for the homepage. A new design which changes quite a few elements (including a brand new navigation) is on the way but I’m not sure when it will make it in. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Update: Unfortunately I did not get the chance to post my work to Crocs.com prior to me leaving, I look forward to seeing what the new people Crocs will hire to replace me will come up with, and maybe I’ll even post what I had come up with tat that time.
