		<description>Nope, it makes no difference. In my experience changing the overflow setting only affect IE and just makes it act like Firefox does. I'm not sure but I believe Safari and Opera both have scrollbars you just can't get rid of, so changing the property for all, actually only changes anything for IE.</description>
